Alexandra Lee-Capps joined SISTER in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Culture. She is responsible for building a shared culture across all our offices, divisions, and partners, as well as overseeing the employee experience and managing the company brand.
Prior to joining SISTER, Alex was the founder of a consulting practice providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to leaders building companies on their own terms. She also held leadership positions in business development and strategy at award-winning consulting and digital firms. At the beginning of her career, Alex worked for performing arts centers and museums in the US and UK and led digital strategy and communications for Doctors Without Borders in Switzerland.
She is an advisor to companies in the US and Africa working at the intersection of social impact, technology, and design. Alex holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College.
