Based out of the London office, Theo works across SISTER’s UK and US development slates. Before joining SISTER in 2022, he was in the development team at FilmNation - and before that, he got to know the SISTER team as an in-house script reader in 2019. Prior to working in TV and film, he worked in theatre as a director/associate director of plays at the Royal Shakespeare Company and Arcola theatre, and as a writer in residence at the Bristol Old Vic.
