Ciara joined SISTER as Head of HR in London and has since been promoted to Head of HR. Her role oversees all aspects of HR within SISTER including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Benefits and Diversity & Inclusion. Before joining SISTER, Ciara worked at DNEG, a global visual effects studio for 5 years, where she was Talent Acquisition Manager and prior to that she worked in the HR team of Shine Group & Kudos.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST TREASURED POSSESSION?

I was going to say my baby boy, Cillian…but I don’t think I can call him my possession, my memories of good times with family and photos of all my adventures.

WHICH TALENT WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO HAVE?

I would love to be able to speak multiple languages, I love to travel and I always hate it that I have to speak in English!!

WHAT IS YOUR GUILTIEST PLEASURE?

Staying in my PJs all afternoon and watching Disney films.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

I worked in a tea company in Ireland called Barry’s Tea in an admin role, Irish people are well known for drinking Tea and I still bring boxes of Barry’s tea back with me every time I go home.
