Dorothy Street Pictures is driven by a desire to shine a light on the peoples, places and things that have been under-explored. We provide a home for filmmakers, both new and established, to tell authentic, original and distinctive stories.

KOKO


Led by founder and CEO Olly Bengough, KOKO is an artistic community and cultural institution with 120 years of history. In the past KOKO has hosted over 500 shows per year, holding an exceptional legacy in helping to launch some of the most important musicians of the modern era from Dua Lipa, Amy Winehouse, Stormzy, Skepta, Dave, H.E.R, Childish Gambino, Brockhampton, Janelle Monae, Halsey and more. KOKO has always been a favourite of the stars and the new KOKO will continue on its mission to support and empower the next generation of musicians - by creating more spaces to artists to play and livestream in the building, supporting talent on the new KOKO Radio station and through the new KOKO Foundation.

Locksmith Animation


Locksmith Animation is an independent producer of high-quality animated features and series that entertain global audiences. From comedies, to musicals, to epic sci-fi, they tell contemporary stories that make people laugh, think, and feel. Based in London and Los Angeles, Locksmith Animation brings together a team of accomplished industry leaders and world-class creative talent in a filmmaker-led studio. Their debut feature film, Ron’s Gone Wrong, was released theatrically by the Walt Disney Company on October 22, 2021, and is currently streaming on Disney+. Locksmith is currently in production on That Christmas, a feature film based on series of children's books by writer/director Richard Curtis (Four Weddings and a Funeral, Love Actually) and marks the feature film directorial debut of renowned character animation and story artist veteran Simon Otto (How to Train Your Dragon trilogy) it will be released on Netflix, Christmas 2024. In development projects include Bad Fairies, Lunar Chronicles, Wed Wabbit and the short film Cardboard.

South of the River


South of the River Pictures produces striking and original scripted comedy and drama with an authored, indie sensibility. They believe that we explore who we are through stories, and that to do so properly we need to hear not just brilliant and well-established voices, but previously unheard ones too. Their aim is to take risks to protect the vision of all those they work with, in order to find and tell unique narratives that have something to say about the world in which we live.

Yes Yes Media


Founded by broadcaster and format developer Richard Bacon, Yes Yes Media is a new TV and tech entertainment company. The media group has taken a significant stake to support the founding and growth of the new unscripted entertainment venture. As well as creating new unscripted formats, Yes Yes Media is developing proprietary hardware and software to enable viewers to interact with these formats across multiple devices.

Founded by acclaimed publishing executive Molly Stern, Zando is an independent publisher that offers a new model to connect inspiring authors to the audiences they deserve—and helps readers find new books to love. They work with a select group of beloved public figures, platforms and institutions, publishing a carefully chosen slate of books that reflect those partners’ authentic passions and interests.
