In his role as Executive Director of SISTER Pictures and Strategic Advisor to the SISTER Group, Dan works with the leadership team on strategy, governance and business development, and mentors across the business. He sits on the SISTER Executive Management Board.

He is a founding shareholder of SISTER Pictures and served as its Chief Operating Officer for 10 years until 2026, overseeing the production, finance, commercial, legal and operational sides of the business.

Before SISTER, he spent 13 years working alongside Jane Featherstone at production company Kudos as Managing Director, COO and latterly as CEO.

In a previous life before television, Dan was a dentist and an actor.
