Emilia joined Sister as a Business Affairs Consultant in January 2025. She is currently enjoying working on Waiting for the Out and The Split Up, both for the BBC. She has previously worked for 4 years at Eleven Film, working across all legal and business affairs on shows such as Sex Education (Netflix), Ten Pound Poms (BBC), Stags (Paramount) and Red Rose (BBC). Prior to that she was Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Acamar Film, producers of CBeebies hit Bing. She spent 8 happy years at Channel 4, working across commercial affairs for drama and comedy, and in the corporate legal team dealing with all manner of commercial exploitation of C4 secondary rights. Emilia is a qualified solicitor in New Zealand.
