Kasheina joined SISTER as Head of Development in March 2022. Previously to this she worked at Sheffield-based production company Warp Films, where she joined as an Office Runner in 2016 and rose up the ranks to Head of Development. Mauritian-born, Kasheina grew up in Sweden and the UK. She has always had a passion for story-telling which she attributes to growing up in a tiny village in northern Sweden with not much else to do.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT JOY?
My mum's home-cooking when I haven't been home for a while.

WHAT MOVIE HAVE YOU WATCHED THE MOST TIMES?
Inspector Gadget. I watched it at the start of every single birthday party growing up, and when I overhead two boys in my class saying they didn't like it, I uninvited them.

When I say I'll just stay for one...

I think super-memory would come in handy. Or sleight of hand for the party tricks.
