Katie joined SISTER as Head of Development in January 2016 where she helped build a diverse slate from new and established writers including Joe Barton’s BAFTA winning Giri/Haji, The Split and Gangs of London and picked up book adaptations including Naomi Alderman’s The Power and Adam Kay’s This Is Going To Hurt. Making the move into production Katie has since been promoted to Senior Creative Executive. Carpenter has produced Desiree Akhavan’s Rose D’Or nominated The Bisexual and is now producing Landscapers for Sky/HBO. She is executive producer on forthcoming SISTER shows The Baby and Pack Of Lies. Prior to SISTER Katie script edited both series of the BAFTA nominated Flowers
