Kelly joined SISTER in 2023 as Vice President, Finance in Los Angeles and oversees the finance and accounting operations for the office. Prior to SISTER, Kelly worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Imagine Entertainment and Crooked Media, where she held various finance and accounting related roles and gained an expertise in entertainment focused finance.

Kelly holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
