Prior to starting at SISTER, Lauryn worked as Literary Assistant to the Head of Lit Department at 42, working closely with screenwriters, playwrights, directors, series producers and HODs. Before that, she was Writer in Residence at The Hampstead Theatre, where she developed a full-length original stage play. Lauryn trained in Writing for Performance at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama; Film & Media Production at The Brit School and interned at Working Title Films. In addition to telly, Lauryn loves the theatre and has occasionally been known to go up to 4 times a week.

What is your favourite journey?

Straight down the M4 to my Mum’s house - at the end of a long week!

What is your greatest extravagance?

A seat in the stalls.

Which movie have you watched the most times?

Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette.

What is the greatest love of your life?

A lukewarm press night Prosecco.
